1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and services of 5D Academy LLC, doing business as High Frequency Living with Mari (“we,” “us,” “our”), founded by Mariana Cooper, including hflwithmari.com and related domains, and your purchase of or participation in our programs, digital products, sessions, and retreats. By using our sites or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Our Services

Our offerings include group programs (such as the High Frequency Living Lab and the Multi-Dimensional Manifesting Mastermind), private sessions and readings, in-person retreats, books, podcasts, and digital content. Program details, schedules, and inclusions are described on the relevant program page or in your enrollment materials.

3. Applications & Enrollment

Certain programs are offered by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Upon approval, you will receive full program and tuition details, and your place in a program is reserved only once payment (or a first scheduled installment) has been received and confirmed in writing.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments for programs, sessions, retreats, and digital products — including pay-in-full payments and any installment within a payment plan — are non-refundable, in full or in part, for any reason whatsoever. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, illness, scheduling conflicts, travel disruption, family emergency, or any other personal circumstance. Access to digital products and program materials is granted upon purchase and cannot be returned.

If you enroll on a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full program tuition. Failure to remit any installment on schedule may result in suspension of access and forfeiture of your place without refund of payments already made.

5. No Transfers

Enrollments and bookings are non-transferable to other individuals. Programs and retreats are designed and customized for the enrolled participant.

6. Attendance & Recordings

Live group calls run on the published cohort schedule. Missed live calls are not refunded or individually rescheduled; class recordings are provided so you can catch up and review as needed.

7. Cancellation or Changes by Us

In the unlikely event that a program, session, or retreat must be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to illness, force majeure, natural disaster, or government restriction — a credit will be issued toward a future cohort, session, or available date. No cash refund will be provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, recordings, frameworks, meditations, and content are the intellectual property of 5D Academy LLC. They are licensed to you for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, resold, taught, or distributed without written permission.

9. Confidentiality

What is shared inside our programs and sessions is held in confidence. You agree to honor the same confidentiality regarding anything shared by other participants and any private content shared by Mariana Cooper. Public-facing material (photos used with permission, testimonials given) is the only exception.

10. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Our programs, sessions, and retreats are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Mariana Cooper is not a licensed medical or mental health professional. Our services are educational, spiritual, and energetic experiences. If you have an existing medical or psychiatric condition, please consult your provider before enrolling. By enrolling, you affirm that you are physically and mentally well enough to participate.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Every participant’s experience is unique. We make no guarantees of specific personal, professional, or financial outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not promises of your results.

12. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

13. Agreement

By completing payment for any program, session, retreat, or digital product — pay-in-full or any installment within a payment plan — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
