How AI is — and is not — used in our work.

AI Use Disclosure

This site is operated by 5D Academy LLC. High Frequency Living with Mari, a product line of 5D Academy LLC, uses AI tools to support content creation, administrative tasks, and customer service in the following ways:

Content assistance: Most copy is channeled directly by Mari. Some marketing copy outlines, email drafts, and educational materials may be brainstormed and developed with the assistance of AI writing tools, always edited, reviewed and finalized by Mari.
Voice and image: All podcast episodes and video content feature Mari’s actual recorded voice and human visuals. No AI-generated voice cloning or video likeness, avatars, etc. are used. Voice recordings may be edited with AI tools for background noise removal and basic editing. Images may include AI-enhanced support for image resolution consistency and sizing of photography. Periodic use of AI-generated visuals — of objects, landscapes, or abstract imagery only — may be used when a particular project requires. We do not use AI-generated depictions of people in any form, whether stylized, photorealistic, or as avatars.
Customer service: Application review, email routing, and administrative workflows may be supported by AI systems but are conducted by humans. All decisions regarding coaching services, enrollment, and personal interactions are made by Mari and her team personally.
Client data: No client conversations, session content, or personal information shared in coaching contexts is used to train AI models, nor do we have the capacity to do so.
