Hi! I’m Mari and I’m so excited that you were curious enough to come here to explore more about High Frequency Living.

When my fiancé passed away in my early 30’s and I officially fell off of society’s timeline for “normal” living, I was faced with the kind of crossroads that make you question absolutely everything.

After a full year of going to psychics and mediums trying to get messages, and predictions, the most consistent advice was that “You have the ability to channel yourself, and to communicate directly with your fiancé as well as get your own guidance without a human intermediary.” Through a series of synchronistic events I discovered a whole dashboard of energetic abilities that I had and with some practice I was able to not only get full length, long form messages that directly guided me to the exact things that I wanted, but also would validate that I was on the right path and warn me when I was on the wrong one.

This set of skills helped me in every part of my life including career, relationships, with my hobbies and passions, even with things like decorating my home and what to plant in my garden. I was discovering High Frequency Living one life part at a time.

I did thousands of readings and channeled sessions, taught classes, ran full year masterminds and in person retreats. The one thing that was consistent was that absolutely everyone has the same set of energetic abilities that they were born with too.

We have both biological physiology (3D) and Frequency based Physiology (5D) and the two are meant to run integrated together with full consciousness. People would come to me completely stuck and confused because they were not fully aware of this set of frequency-based abilities and were desperately trying to get their 3D side to carry the load that was meant to be carried by their frequency side.

Needless to say the dead ends they were hitting were enormous… and exhausting.

With a lot of “life tested” trial and error and thousands of hours of channelings I was provided with the framework that activates all of your 5D Frequency based abilities as well as how to integrate them seamlessly with your 3D abilities. And that is when things truly start to flow.
