Through my years of practice, both personally and professionally, I have seen that most of the big players in spiritual and energetic education — Hay House, Mind Valley, YouTube, and the rest — focus on a beginner-to-advanced-beginner level of information. They focus on buzzwords and a “recipe” approach to energetic practice. People focus on predictions and vision boards, trying to will the things they want to themselves in the same way they would set goals in the physical world.

Many of these practices are just religion and dogma with different words. Instead of God they say “universe.” Instead of prayer they say “intention.” Then they carry the same judgment forward from formal religion. So many people throw in the towel because they don’t have the full understanding of how frequency-based physiology actually works.
